Refund Policy

We strive to deliver exceptional health, wellness, and performance coaching services. Transparency around payments and refunds supports trust and professionalism. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Memberships (Healthionnaire):
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun. If you cancel before your first session, you may request a partial refund minus an admin fee. -
Private Sessions:
Sessions canceled more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable or may be rescheduled.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. -
Immersive Days, Retreats & Bootcamps:
These programs require a deposit or full prepayment.-
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund minus a booking fee.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable unless a replacement participant is found.

Digital/Remote Services:
Once digital materials are accessed or remote sessions delivered, these are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing.

Include your name, service booked, date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions

No refunds are provided for failure to attend without notice (“no-shows”).

In the event we must cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

In case of force majeure (events outside our control, e.g., pandemics, government restrictions), alternative solutions such as rescheduling or credit may be offered instead of cash refunds.
